Delivery

Orders placed by 11 AM will be posted on the same day with 1st Class Royal Mail, estimate delivery will be the following day.

You can also pre-order and have your slice / brownie delivered on a particular day. In this case we recommend that you plan the delivery the day before.

 

As we use Royal Mail 1st Class Next Day delivery we do want you to note that they aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail on the next day, including Saturdays. This means that there is a slight chance that your package could possibly take an extra day.

 

Opening times

​We are open Monday-Friday and this means that we are only able to post on those days.

If you place an order Friday-Sunday your order will be posted on Monday.

Please note, since we use Royal Mail we do not & cannot deliver on Sundays

When it comes to bigger orders like cakes we operate on the weekend

and can deliver any day of the week

Where can you deliver?

Our slices can go anywhere the postman can go.

We deliver nationwide within the United Kingdom with Royal Mail

and this include Northern Ireland & the Channel islands.

Refund Policy

If for some reason your package doesn't fit through your letterbox the postman will leave a card to arrange a re-delivery.

If you don't receive your package on or before the day requested please give it 24 more hours. If you still have not gotten your munch we will send another one or refund you.

What products can I order in the mail?

Right now we cannot send our big 3 layered cakes in the mail. We are still on the hunt for a good, reliable courier company we can trust our cakes with. 

In the meantime while we search you can get slices, brownies, sweet loaves and scones in your letterbox.

For bigger occasions / orders we might be able to make an exception with our cakes. Like weddings etc.

In that case we advice you to Send us a message.

Ingredients & Allergies

We operate in a kitchen that produce a big range of products. We want you to know that we take extra care to not ever mix any ingredients that can cause an allergic reaction etc.

However we cannot control the air and so if you are hypersensitive to things like gluten, dairy, eggs or nuts we advice you to send us a message because our products might not be right for you

Cancellations

If you for some reason change your mind or cancel your party and you're no longer in need of a cake. Cakes that are < 90£ should be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Cakes that are >90£ have to be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance.

The reason for this is that we are still a pretty small company and we do our best to plan most things well in advance like buying special ingredients, managing time etc.

Ordering schedule?

When ordering a big cake we need at least 72 hours to get all our stuff together, make a plan and build something fantastic. Of course you can order way more in advance than that as well.
